I’m Nadine a runner and blogger on a mission to find mindfulness, tranquility, and positivity on each run. In 2019 I had had a rough year which led me to an almost 5 stone weight gain, I went from a petite size 8 to a size 18 in around 4 months. Since June 2020 I have been following the Bright Line Eating plan where I have been able to drop over 30 lbs and still going.
