What’s on your done list?

As this year is coming to an end I’ve been reflecting on how far I’ve come

mentally, physically and emotionally. It’s been a touch year but I’m proud of how far I’ve come. What’s really helped is creating daily done list. You may be familiar with creating a to do list. I have many of today list or timetables that I start at the beginning of the week and feel frustrated with myself when I don’t reach my assignment. I feel like I’ve let myself down or fallen behind which heightens my anxiety. Hello done list. I first came across this on a short course where a lady said she wrote down what she’d achieved each day. I wasn’t sure. But I thought I’d try it. And how much it changed my day. At the end of each day I sit down and note my wins, so I can evaluate and look at what I need to work on the next day.
