Hey! I’m Nadine, a runner and blogger, on a mission to help creative women develop winning habits so they can have more energy, more fun, and more happiness.
In 2019 I had had a rough year which led me to put on almost 5 stone, I went from a petite size 8 to a size 18 in around 4 months. Since June 2020 I have been following the Bright Line Eating plan where I have been able to drop over 30 lbs and still going.
Since then I have been motivated to help other women succeed.
I invite you to join me, in finding a more grateful, mindful, content life, by finding time to reconnect with the things you love – in my case my love of running. Marathon 2021 here I come!
