Sometimes it’s your body and sometimes it’s your mind. The difficult decision is knowing which one to listen to. And whether it’s a physical limitation stopping you or it’s your mind.
I love the beach. It’s one of my favourite places to just be, the sand between your toes the waves crashing back and forth there’s nothing like it.
How often do you set a goal and it falls through? You decide to run a half marathon, you’re excited, then a couple weeks pass, you plan to go running, but it never happens. Then you start to panic the event date is coming up close and you’re behind schedule. Sound familiar?
