Nothing beats running in nature

Today’s discovery: Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park

Happy Sunday fellow runners the sun was beaming gloriously in the sky so I decided to set off on another adventure. I was going to Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park.

What a wonder it was. The park has seven main habitats – lakes, marsh, shingle beach, alder carr, willow beds, shallow pools and wildflower meadows each a little more delightful than the last.

The great thing about it is that as the seasons change as do the birds so season to season every visit will be different. I’ll let the pictures do the rest of the talking. This is definitely a must, and when you go there bring a camera.
